Size isn't everything! Sometimes quantity matters more. Or so my son Bret Gupton seems to be saying (in bottom photo) by the manner in which he proudly displays his string of fish caught on a day at the Phillips reservoirs with his grandfather, Omer Hall, back in the days when Bret was just a little tyke. Matching Bret's pride in her catch is my future daughter-in-law Tiffanie Hatley (in photo at right), holding up a pair of fish she caught on a recent outing with my son Brian Gupton at the mouth of the Brazos River. And it took two big, husky men like my nephew Rex Gupton (at right in the top photo) and his friend Joey Gerke to haul in their big catch. Take that Brian, cousin Rex says while displaying his mammoth catch!
